What we learned at the Klaus House: a full renovation starts with a good diagnosis.

When we arrived at the Klaus House we found plenty of history: worn walls, an abandoned pool and rooms crying out for renovation. But also a solid base and a beautiful plot.
Renovating doesn't mean tearing everything down. It means reorganising the spaces, reinforcing the structure where needed and enhancing every detail. We built a new timber roof, reinforced the structure, raised a natural stone wall and added a steel staircase with wooden treads.
The result is the same place with a new story: a spacious dining area, new kitchen and bathrooms, a bright upper floor and a pool ready to enjoy. If you have a house with history, it can be renewed too.
